Beyonce Knowles: Billboard Babe

Back in the States after a weekend in Singapore, Beyonce Knowles was spotted out and about in New York City earlier today (October 2).

The “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it)” songstress was all smiles as she arrived for Billboard’s 4th Annual Women in Music event in Midtown Manhattan.

And of course, Ms. Knowles brought her fashion A-game, sporting a cute and conservative powder blue dress teamed with a pair of beige peep-toe heels.

Following the Billboard shindig, Beyonce will be headed back overseas as she has a string of concerts lined up through November.
