Charlize Theron's future is looking decidedly post-apocalyptic! The Oscar-winner has reportedly signed on to star in the fourth chapter of 'Mad Max,' the film series named for the road warrior famously played by Mel Gibson. Theron is gearing up for 'Mad Max: Fury Road,' which is set to start shooting in Australia next August, says Variety. The trade adds that there’s no word yet as to whether Mel will strap back on the boots of the title character, who he portrayed last in 1985’s ‘Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.’ "It could be Mel, it could be anyone," says director George Miller, who also helmed the first three films.
