Lindsay Lohan : Taking Action Against Dad

Fed up with his publicity hungry ways, Lindsay Lohan is looking at taking legal action against her father, Michael Lohan.

According to TMZ, the “Georgia Rule” actress has contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, in hopes of getting a restraining order against her papa.

With Michael currently selling off sensitive info about LiLo’s past drug use, her lawyer is also looking at the possibility of filing a defamation lawsuit against Mr Lohan.

Last, but not least, it is being investigated as to whether or not the Lohan family patriarch might have violated a criminal protective order out of New York.

After looking into the best course of action, Lindsay’s lawyer is then planning moving forward with her client’s requests.
