Lindsay Lohan looks a little sleepy as we spot her in a black, fringey suede vest leaving a house party in the Hollywood Hills last night.
She's not alone though.
A male friend of hers, who shields his face from the flashing camera's, gives her a hand.
The actress has got a lot of family drama going on right now, now that her father, Michael Lohan, has released the audio from a personal conversation they had and she's even working on getting a restraining order against him.
Poor Lilo...she just can't catch a break.
